Read To Run With Your Vision by Matthew Buchi is an eye-opener to me. It has revealed to me the variegated ways the mind functions. It has shown that where one person sees emptiness another sees fullness. The issues which Matthew has pondered on have shown that we can figuratively speaking draw water from wells without water. This work is so exciting, interesting, informative, revealing, educating, inspiring and captivating that I found the book 'unputdownable'... Prof. Godfrey O. OzumbaKnowledge in its simple definition means knowing. However, how can you know if you dont learn? Life is a learning process and learning is a continuous process that occurs through experiences, observations, sensations, teachings and reading. As long as you pace through life, youll learn both what you want to and what you dont want to, consciously or unconsciously; even when you dont want to learn by default youll be learning.Forthwith, this book, Read to Run with Your Vision" derived its focal emphasis on learning that occurs through reading. Reading will enable you to learn new useful ways, unlearn old useless ways and relearn previous helpful schemes. Inversely, reading can enable you learn new useless ways, unlearn old useful ways and relearn previous harmful schemes. What you read can cause you to run or to crawl, leap or lay, hush or rush, haste or halt, be brushed up or brought down, brain-fed or brainwashed, depending on the message its unleashing. Moreover, this book furthered its emphasis on the reading that can help you run idealistically, how you can run with a holistic vision and where youre running to, as to make your vision realistic.Reading broadens or widens your knowledge horizon and can lead you to decide rightly or wrongly, depending on its content. In other words, lack of knowledge which is ignorance has only one stock to offer, which is limitation limiting you from going beyond where you are. Ignorance can make you a toddler throughout your lifetime, but with the right knowledge, you can leap from your crawling and start running.Note that anybody can read but not everybody is a reader. Though thats not my focus in this book, but you should understand that vocalizing doesnt necessarily mean speaking neither does hearing mean listening. Likewise, words-pronunciation doesnt make you a reader and using of writing materials doesnt make you a writer. Thats why they are called skills. However, in this book I will solely pilot you through the skill that hears a "generational voice", which is reading.
